April 28, 2026 Meeting Updates:
Jane Palaia was appointed as the President of the Board.
The Board approved the proposal from NHM for spring gutter cleaning, to be done late May/early June.
The Board memorialized the amended cost of the new pool furniture, not to exceed $25,000.
The Board approved a proposal from Dave Heiser Masonry for the sidewalks and curbing on Steeplechase Court.
 
March 24, 2026 Meeting Updates:
Jane Palaia was appointed to the Board.
The insurance policies were renewed.
The Board approved the proposal from Green Touch for storm clean up.
 
 
 
September 23, 2025 Meeting Updates:
Jim Caulfield and Coleen Hopson were elected to the Board.
The Board approved the engagement letter from Albert Normann to prepare the 9/30/25 year end audit and tax return.
The Board approved a proposal from Yorkanis and White, Inc. to mark the boundary corners of our property. 
 
July 22, 2025 Meeting Updates:
The Board approved a proposal from NHM Inc. to paint the ceilings, walls, floors and doors of the pool house bathrooms, as well as the storage room at the pool house.  Weather permitting, work will begin on July 24th.  One bathroom will be closed at a time during the painting project.
The Board announced there will be no August Board of Directors meeting.  There will be a candidate forum held on the night of the meeting.  Details will be mailed to the owners.
The annual meeting will take place on September 23rd.  Three seats are up for election.
 
June 24, 2025 Meeting Updates:
The Board approved a proposal with Eosso Brothers Paving to replace 19 driveways and sealcoat 11 driveways in the community.  Work to take place on Steeplechase Court, Gate Court, Carriage Lane and Surrey Court.
The Board approved a new form for people requesting permission to use the Association's grill.
The Board approved an expenditure of up to $12,000 plus tax and shipping for new commercial grade pool furniture per the reserve study.
 
May 27, 2025 Meeting Updates:
The Board approved a proposal from Green Touch Landscaping to replant the area next to the new pool fence behind Paddock.
The Board approved a proposal to line stripe the parking stalls, yellow lines, arrows and stop bars.
The Board approved a proposal from Dave Heiser Masonry for walkway replacement at 31 Steeplechase 10 Hunters Run and 16 Hunters Run.
The Board approved a project to resurface 30 driveways, subject to a not to exceed cost of $99,500 plus tax.
 
March 25, 2025 Meeting Updates:
The Board renewed the insurance policies.
The Board approved a proposal from Dave Heiser Masonry for walkway replacement at 15 Hunters Run.
The Board approved the proposal from NHM for spring gutter cleaning.
The Board approved the proposal from Atler Electric to replace the lighting on and in the poolhouse.
 
February 25, 2025 Meeting Updates:
The Board amended the privacy fence specification to allow options for fencing.
The Board approved a specification for the replacement of garage doors.
The power washing project will begin on April 7th.    Management will email the schedule once available.
 
January 28, 2025 Meeting Updates:
The Board approved the draft audit and tax return for the 9/30/24 year end.
The Board hired Accu-Flo Systems, LLC for pool management services for the 2025 pool season.  The pool will open on Saturday, May 24th, and will close for the season on Sunday, September 28th. 
The Board hired Accu-Flo Systems, LLC to replace the pool filter.
