About Us

Kimberly Woods is a planned unit development located in the Borough of Oceanport, Monmouth County, which consists of 120 units.  Our amenities include a pool, tennis and pickle ball court. 

 

Each Homeowner, upon conveyance of title to the Lot, will automatically become a member of the Kimberly Woods Homeowners Association. An Owner is entitled to the exclusive possession of their Lot. Owners are, subject to certain restrictions on the unit of the Lot, which are outlined in the Declaration and By-Laws of the Association. Owners share equally, in undivided interest, the ownership of the Common Property.
